Ramona began
baking and decorating cakes in 1976, while
working in her father's bakery. He taught
her the traditional "Old school baking".
Through the years, Ramona has worked side
by side with master bakers and award winning
decorators.

For 22 years, Ramona trained and managed decorating
and bakery personnel for a major firm. She co-authored,
designed and taught the new standard for all-occasion
cakes for that firm. For nine years, she competed
in the"Festival of Trees" gingerbread
competition in Atlanta, winning in several categories
for her creativity. That creativity and her innovative
ideas led to a movie contract which showcased
her wedding cakes, including a six-foot tall replication
of the Eiffel Tower.
Ramona is constantly honing her skills while
seeking new techniques, adapting to the ever-changing
profession of cake design.
Her reputation and talent have attracted requests
from clients in California to New York. She has
the passion for making a cake for your special
occasion ...."UNFORGETTABLE".
